As a member of the foreign trade team, I would strive to identify these opportunities and help the company adapt to the changing market environment.

Lisa: In such a case, I would first try to understand the reasons behind the cancellation. Then, I would communicate with our production team to assess the impact on our inventory and production schedule. After that, I would negotiate with the client to see if we can find a solution, such as adjusting the order quantity or offering a discount for a future purchase. Additionally, I would explore other potential markets to minimize the financial loss.
Mr. Wang: Excellent approach. Lastly, can you tell me about a time when you faced a challenging situation at work and how you overcame it?
Lisa:Certainly. During my internship, I was responsible for coordinating a shipment that was delayed due to a port strike. The client was extremely upset and demanded a quick solution. I immediately contacted our logistics partner to explore alternative shipping options and kept the client informed about the progress. Eventually, we managed to expedite the shipment through another port, and the client was satisfied with the resolution.
